In India, the Guru, or the teacher holds a place of esteem higher than the one attributed to God.

The faculty at the PSG IM comprises some of the most experienced minds in the industry. They bring several years of work experience in both industry and academia.

PSG IM has 40 permanent faculty of which 13 are Ph.D.'s and 15 have more than 5 years of Industry experience. In addition 28 visiting faculty and 30 adjunct faculty provide academic input to our students. The permanent faculty undergo continuous training. Faculty have also published more than 50 articles in National and International Journals.

A good student - faculty interaction fosters a healthy, stimulating environment for growth. Faculty rooms often pose as venues for off classroom discussions and students interaction. Besides academic work faculty are involved in conducting management development programmes and consultancy.
